Working Principle of Carrot Juice Making Machine
The main structure is the crushing device which installed above the inlet hopper.
There are four groups running a knife and one group stationary knife. Running knife cut the fruit by rotating with axis to 2-5mm piece and then into the spiral juicing part directly to make juice. The crushing part takes the function of improving the juice rate.
The main structure of the juicer is the helix, the helix diameter is more and bigger and the screw pitch is less and less small near dreg hopper. While the material impelled by a helix, as the pressure existing, the material which after crushing gets broken. The direction of helix is clockwise as the arrow direction.
